SERVICES:Business development used interchangeably with marketing is the backbone of all businesses. We work in a variety of consulting services and programs to assist solo practitioners, attorneys, and associates in building their practices. Our initial exploratory meeting will determine the type of program needed. Upon approval, our next stage will be to determine how best for us to work together, whether it be strategic marketing plans, tactics to execute the strategy, or individual marketing plans.
Strategic Marketing Plans. What does that mean? We take an audit of current plans, evaluate them, and then together we come up with a roadmap of how to reach your destination. We will identify targets and come up with the best tools and tactics to reach that destination.
Tactics to Execute the Strategy. We will do all the work needed to implement the law firm’s strategy and/or assist current staff. We have access to other vendors who we can bring in as required.
Individual Marketing Plans for Professionals. They provide guidance to solos, associates, and attorneys. Marketing plans are specially tailored for each individual.
