AN INTERVIEW WITH PARAMJIT MAHLI
1. How long have you been in the communications industry?
More than 15 years. I have worked on both sides of the fence in public relations/marketing and journalism.
2. Who are your clients?
Our clients are mostly in the financial services industry and small law firms – those with 2-100 lawyers.
Our clients are those who value the importance of consistent marketing principles and are ready to grow their practices.
3. How is your firm different from all the other marketing firms?
Well, firstly we only focus on smaller firms. We are not concerned with volume but rather the quality of the service we provide. We would rather start with baby steps than overwhelm a firm with all the tactics they should be implementing. That way the firm gets to know and trust us and vice versa. Trust, professionalism and service are very important to us. If we don’t feel that we can provide good service we will not take the work. Reputation is also of paramount importance to us. We are in this for the long haul.
4. What can we expect?
Your firm can expect a very high degree of professionalism, service and results.
